Habitat
Soligenous poor to richer fens with mud-bottom pools, "lawns" & "forests". Pools sparsely vegetated; lawns, Myrica gale-Juniperus communis-Scirpus caespitosus-Eriophorum angustifolium-Sanguisorba officinalis-Carex livida/Campylium stellatum-Drepanocladus revolvens-Calliergon wicksii-Sphagnum tenellum or S. austinii-S. papillosum-S. rubellum; forests, Pinus contorta-Thuja plicata-Chamaecyparis nootkatensis/Ledum-Empetrum.
