Forest on relatively level terraces of different ages and elevations, open canopy. Some presence of "taboca" (Guadua sarcocarpa). Sandy clay soil.

Description
vine. Twining climber, inflorescence terminal, pendent, outer perianth rose outside and pale yellow within, inner perianth yellow outside, within yellow with numerous black spots. Growing in shrub in open area. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
