Habitat
Mostly in moist virgin forests of Pseudotsuga, Thuya, Abies, Tsuga, Acer, Alnus, etc. A few in peat bogs, some on rather dry coniferous slopes, and others in open fields & lawns. Only 2 found. Ground.
