Habitat
In water to 0.5 meter deep of pond along stream off road. Abundant.

Description
herb, aquatic. Leaf blades very delicate, green above and below; petals, stamens, and carpellary appendages creamy-white. Carpellary appendages eaten at tips. Large brown beetle recovered from one flower. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
