French Guiana. Base camp at Pic Matécho, ca. 22.5 km NE of Les Eaux Claires. Rocky disturbed slope along stream and seepage area and low forest at top of slope.

Description
Tree. Tree, 5 m tall. Corolla tube reddish-pink throughout most of length, yellow at apex. Fruits red, immature. In low forest. Very common. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
