Seed of the collection of Dressler 4786, sown 22 Nov 1974, cultivated at Marie Selby Botanic Gardens greenhouses, Accession No. W-2008, seedlings of a single capsule with leaves either light green on both sides. or bluish-green/wine-red, or intermediate, first flowers 20 Sep 1975, herbarium specimens prepared 20 Oct 1975, as Wiehler 75272. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
