Habitat
Open, mostly dry meadow on fine pumice soil surrounded by encroaching Pinus contorta woodland. Heavily used and disturbed FS campground adjacent. With Chrysothamnus parryi, Lupinus lepidus, Rumex pauciflorus, Penstemon rydbergii, Agrostis scabra, Phleum alpinum, Elymus trachycaulis, E. elymoides, Carex, Juncus. Scattered throughout meadow.
