Sparingly naturalized along the valley bottom in disturbed areas and around houses.

Description
Shrubs or treelets to 5 m. tall, 15 cm. in diameter. Inflorescence erect; flowers nodding, dark violet; fruit held erect, green, some larger, softer and yellowish-orange. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
