Habitat
Sun, north slope hillside. Upper Sonoran: chaparral. Dominant. Reddish granitic type soil.

Description
Tree 12 ft., spread 10 ft., trunk diameter 6 inches. These trees can be seen from the highway, and it is strange that botanists have not collected from them. The area is extensive, and several thousand trees are present. These are, for the most part, not larger than [Wolf] Nos. 6268 or 6269. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
