Quercus oocarpa & Quercus sp. in mixed forest. Solitary. On soil.

Description
Pileus dark brown, slightly rugulose, 4.0 cm broad, moist. Flesh pale yellow, unchanging. Tubes adnexed, yellow, unchanging, with pores concolorous, unchanging. Stipe 8 x 1 cm, subclavate, pinched at the base, dry, yellow at apex and base, with fine light tan scabers over pink ground in mid-portion, with interior white to yellow, unchanging. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
