Description
Cultivated. Seedling of Wilson No. 985. Plant ca. 3.5 m. high x 5 ft. wide. Approximately globose in outline. Branches semi-spreading. Tips of branchlets not or only slightly drooping, but, rather, curved outward. In this plant no opposite leaves were noted on collection date. Some may be present, as they are in other seedlings of Wilson No. 985 examined elsewhere. This plant checks poorly with Rehder's decription of Juniperus squamata f. Wilsonii. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
