Description
Canopy tree, 30 m. tall. Wood white, with mucilage, turning orange. Leaves pungently aromatic; dark green shiny above, light green dull beneath. Stems and sheaths purplish white white hairs on 2 veins. Sheaths slightly rugose. Bark brown. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
