Description
Tree, 8 (ft?) high; trunk 6-10 inches thick; wood rather soft, reddish-white, with a faint sappy odor; bark smooth, gray; crown dense, bushy; petioles, leaf nerves, young leaves, young twigs, and inflorescence stalks reddish; mature leaves membranous, dark green above, glacous green beneath, strongly conduplicate on upper side; buds green; flowers yellowish. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
