Description
Leaves mostly entire, few obscurely serrulate. Stems 20-30 cm. tall, 1-3 or 4 from the suffrutescent base, in several anthocyanous in inflor. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

"Not very close to Applegate 6225 because herbage is bright green; leaves are glabrous or, on the upper surface only, puberulent; inflor. glandular-pub. throughout; inflor. shaped like A. 6225. Habit a little more like Eastw- & Howell 547 (Timpanogas), or Graham 9065 (Rio Blanco Co.)."
