Cultivated park, fenced in area, not publically
accessable, near benches and walkways. Near
planted planted leafy shrubs. Area is covered by
fallen leaves and small dedacious sticks.
Dedacious shrub is 2.5-3 meters in height and 3 meters broad. Sparse leaves, some newly formed leaves are emerging along the outer branches. Shrub has about 5 creamy white panicle/cone shaped inflorescence flowers from previous bloom.
