Shrub; 1.5 m tall; corolla deep yellow; stem tan with white lenticels,
internodes chambered, nodes solid. Appears to be naturalized in
association with Rhus glabra, Morelia pensylvanica, Quercus
velutina,	Q.	alba, Elaeagnus umbellata and Ligustrum
obtusifolium.
