Habitat
Northwest aspect. Narrow riparian fringe dominated by juniper and willows; common with Juniperus scopulorum, Salix lasiandra, Rosa woodsii, Prunus virginiana, Clematis ligusticifolia, and scattered groves of Populus trichocarpa. Gravelly, volcanic derived soils.
