Successional Southern Hardwoods with Robinia pseudoacacia, Rosa multiflora, Rubus allegheniensis, and Persicaria virginiana. Infrequent. Brambles growing along edge of trail. Fruit turning purple with maturity, abaxial side of leaves white, stem glaucus.
