Yunnan Province, Jiangchuan Xian: N of Jiangchuan city and W of
middle of Fuxian-hu near Sanbaimu-cun and the village of Longtan.
24°29'58'*N, 102°49'36"E; 1950-2150 m. Heavily disturbed areas
around extensively cultivated land over limestone bedrock and
adjacent limestone cliffs and outcrops. Only trees remaining are those
Of some use to local villagers. On vertical limestone cliff in moss
tightly adhering to rock face* in fully open and IMly shaded areas.
Colonial; rhizomes tightly intertwined. Abundant. Synonym: Pyrrosia
gralla (Giesenhagen) Ching. DNA material available.
