United States of America. Idaho. Franklin Co. Upper Logan River area, around summit of Wilderness Peak (Peak 9460), ca. 1 mile west of Gibson Lakes, ca. 5 miles southeast of Mapleton, Bear River Range, Cache National Forest.

Habitat
Rocky, southeast facing ridge and upper slopes. Artemisia tripartita community with scattered Pinus flexilis and Pseudotsuga mensziesii, also with Pachistima myrsinites, Leucopoa kingii, Achillea millifolium, Sedum debile, Castilleja appelgatei. Common in scree and cracks in bedrock. Garden City limestone.
