15 feet high, with brown thinly cheeked bark and whitish
weed: twigs slender; leaves coriaceous , descending, con-
duplicate on the upper dark green sublueid surface, much ^
lighter green beneath; calyx green, petals white, the odor-
less flowers pendulous; In open fields although the
Bogobos say they planted it# The leaves, bark and even
