mid vein, ridged at base, deeply V on top, roots; fine thread like hairs shallow
rooted, flower; pale blue, almost white, 4 petals 5-7mm, in long terminal spikes of 4-
2a flowers, fruit; clusters of 3*s, 3 lobed, hairy, common, native.
