    Annual herb, 5 -10 cm high. Petioles 3-5 mm. Simple, opposite leaves, deltoid, green above and purple below, hairy. Apex rounded, margins dentate. Flowers solitary, bright yellow, asymmetrical with front petals much larger than rest, 1 cm in diameter.
