Shrub to 2.5 m. tall; branches reddish brown,
lenticels prominent on year-old wood; leaves
young, shiny above; petals yellow, with green-
ish-yellow base.
Common in the open shrubby disturbed area on
the west side of the compound at Campo Verde*
