Roadside in foil sun. In well-drained to seasonally waterlogged sand of tertiary
beds. Native and abundant Grassland with Eragrostis and Centella.
Annual herb of up to 60 cm high. Simple leaves opposite, glabrous, leaf margins
dentate. Haustorial on Eragrostis. Flowers pink, turning black when wilting.
