S of Elaru Village along Wau-Biaru Rd., ca. 07° 30’ S, 146° 40’ E, 2,180-
2,250 m elev. Montane wet forest dominated by Nothofagus.23 Nov 1996.
Tree 9 m x II cm; calyx and fruit green, with dark green
punctate-lineations; abaxial leaf surface with dark green
lineations; leaf margins hyaline, pink.
