Description: small tree, 5 m tall, dbh 8 cm, fut 3 m; bark
greyish brown; leaves medium green ans slightly shiny
above with whitish midrib and secondary nerves (midrib
tinged reddish in basal half); slightly paler green below
with whitish green venation; young twigs reddish brown;
infrutescences axes reddish brown; calyx reddish brown;
stipules large and sheeth-like, pale green tinged brown, very
caducous
Habitat: humid forest
