Hopea, Myristicaceae, Fagaceae. Red Clay soil.
Morphology:
Shrub 2 m tall, 2 cm dbh. Bark grey. Mid-rib beneath
scabrous. Fruit bright orange, ribbed, seeds white with
bright red aril.
