Ngorongoro Conservation Area, along river Embaruwai, in forest with Acacia xanthophloalnformation given by Lepilal ole Nakuroi and William ole Seki Irking'onde-agegroup. (35° 16' E 3° 14* S). Alt. 1600 m. Au& 08> 1993 Shrub, flowers light yellow. Maasai name: osinoni orok (orok ~ black) or oletiakon Used for construction of walls.
