    Expansive wet marsh with standing water. Likely fresh water. Growing on small tussock of plant material (Sphagnum and decaying Phragmities & Typha). With Baccharis halimifolia, Lobelia puberula, Hibiscus moscheutos. Persicaria sp. (large with deep magenta flowers), Phragmites australis, Iris versicolor, Typha (latifolia?), Symphyotrichum sp. (white ray flowers), and Thelypteris palustris.
