    Wet creek bank, growing in standing water. Mix of Phragmites marsh and swamp forest of Ulmus & Populus. With Peltandra virginica.

    Flowers ivory-white, fragrant. Labellum with central area of yellow. Leaves deep green. Very rare, only stem seen in immediate area. This species was only recorded for up state / central NY in 2021. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
