Annual herb of 80cmhigh. Petioles 24-30mm long. Leaves trifoliately compound, opposite, margins serrate. Petiole and main veins mauve. Inflorescence is a capitulum with ray florets cream, disc florets yellow, one whorl of bracts, capitulum 8mm in diam.
