Well-drained soil, loam. Exotics in cultivated garden.
Shrub, 1.5 m high. Leaves simple, opposite, obovate, 60-70 x 35-40 mm, leaf
margins entire, interpetioiar stipules, divided into five filiform parts. Flowers in
terminal clusters, deep pink, tubilar, 15 mm long.
