Erica longifolia Ait. var. breviflora Dulfer
Caledon District, Farm Boskloof. On the mountain pass
between the Kars and Uilkraal rivers.
Sandy well-drained level area.
Flowers red purple and sticky. Plants up to 500 mm high -
smaller and more branched than the common longifolia lighter
pink from the area. Very localized abundant.
