village, 5 km from Longling three ways crossing, E side
of Gaoligong Shan.
Elev. 1190 m	24°	47’	16"	N, 98° 52’ 26" E
S facing 30-60° slope.
Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest.
Disturbed by clearing.
Secondary forest. Dominated by Pinus. Disturbed by
clearing.
Tree 6-10 m tall. Young fruit green turning to purplish
red. Rare.
Growing in forest on slope in sun.
In loam on limestone.
