Field Char: 15 m subcanopy treelet; leaves
coriaceous, medium green above, yellow-green
below; fruits green turning orange-red at
maturity; flowers white; bark smooth and thin.
Notes: One sighting only, bottled flowers at
BISH.
Locality: East Sepik province; Hunstein range (
Mt. Samsai) on slopes above site "Gipa."
Habitat: Diverse hill forest with open
understory.
