Habitat
Subtropical semideciduous forest in calcareous hills and around waterfall.

Description
Scapose, the leaves held flat to the surface on wet shady cliff, very similar in habit, habitat and leaf color to No. 34209, Genseriaceae. Leaves with green veins above and below, the tissue between the veins dark purplish above and bright red-purple beneath. Flowers pink in bud, the open face pinkish white; anthers and stamen yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
