Burseraceae Canarium Madagascar. Tamatave. Commune Ambodirina, Réserve Intégrale Naturelle Betampona. 17°55*23aS> 49°Uf57"E 400-600 m. Primary moist forest on sharply undulating terrain. Discontinuous canopy ca. 20 m tall, high density of lianas, low epiphyte load, herb layer of variable density. Sandy clay soil. Trail in reserve; PP.
