Amongst short grazed grass on roadside.
Growing with M3 (.Indigofera arrecía) and
M5 (Stylosanthes guianensis). Under
Eucalyptus, lateritic soil, by soil bank.
Alt. 1400 m
Root becoming fleshy - tuberous. Prostrate
creeping herb/vine. Flowers held erect -
above surrounding vegetation - pedicel
length variable. Leaves narrow to broad,
variable. Inflorescence with one,
occasionally 2 flowers. Flowers bright
purple pink, open with spreading wings.
Keel white. Back of standard petal greenish.
