KOSRAE. Malem Municipality, along main toad ca. 1 mile north of Malem, near
Kosrae Village Resort. Swamp forest with seconday vegetation along road
including Leucaena, Desmanthus, Vigna marina, Denis trifoliata, Ischaemum.
Herb to 1 m with erect britde stems. Flowers pale yellow with purple tint, ripe
fruits brown. Naturalized, abundant along roadsides.
