along stream below campsite area. Dense wet forest with Clinostigma
ponapensis canopy w/ Campnosperma brevipetiolata, Aglaia mariannensis,
Maesa carolinensis, Timonius ledermannii, Gynotroches axillaris, Fagraea
beiteroana, Pandanus patina, Freycinetia, pteridophytes & sedges
Tree about 15 ft. tall. Stem, petiole, fruit & midrib w/ fine rd-bm hairs. Leaf
adaxially med green, darker along lateral veins, glabrous, margins slight
revolute and undulating. Leaf abaxially light green. Fruit orange. Fohnpeian:
