POHNPEI: U Municipality. Mt. Kupwuriso,plateau below and South of summit,
along stream below campsite area. Dense wet forest with Ctinostigma
ponapensis canopy w/ Campnosperma brevipetiolata, Agiaia mariannensis,
Maesa carolinensis, Timonius ledermannii, Gynotroches axillaris, Fagreea
berfceroana, Pandanus patina, Huperzia phlegmariana, Peperomia glassmanii,
Prosapita alata, Lindsaea spp., Lemmaphyllum accedens, Ceph
Epiphyte on palm, mixed w/ A. tenerum. Fronds pendent. Smaller fronds on
tree & 1 large 3 ft. frond on ground below missing lower stipe. Blades on tree
yell-green adaxially, larger medium green, all dull pale green abaxially. Stipe
dk brown lustrous. Pohnpeian: Paupau arenas tuutol, Paipai-aramas Tontoi
