Gladey, seepy drainage on sandstone bedrock (Savanna Formation). Locally
common. Plants decumbent but not creeping. Fresh flowers bluish-purple,
Foliage with strong minty fragrance.
Apparently the common (and perhaps the only) Clinopodium on top of Mt,
Magazine. Plants not creeping, taller, and with more toothed leaves that
typical Clinopodium arkansanum.
