vicinity of Chuifeng Pass. Elevation
ca. 2600 meters. Rocky, exposed road-
side in more-or-less talus and gravel.
Shrub to ca. 2.5 ireters tall. Young
twigs and stems smooth, older ones
densely prickly. Hips orangish-red.
