KAUAI: Koloa District; Lawai Valley due south of old pineapple cannery on
Lauoho Road, at south end of Lehelehe Road., G. Davis property along east bank
of Lawai Stream, adjacent to NTBG property ; secondary moist evergreen forest
with Inga ¡p.and, Syzygkim cumkii domnant, also Somanea saman and Aleurites
moiuccana.
Tree 15 m tall with broaqd spread bq canopy, truic 1.75 m dbh, bark dwk
brown, flak rig; leaves glossy g^een above. fruit green with moist white pulp
withh surroundinq 3-10 white seeds with yeen cotyledons. Abundantly
naturalized locally, population spreading.
