Georeferencing Best Practices (Chapman and Wieczor. I was unable to parse a locality for Mafulu, only a reference for the people of Mambule referred to as Mafulu. The Mafulu inhabit the Goilala Subdistrict in the Central Province of Papua New Guinea.
