Secondary vegetation along roadside, with caatinga and dry deciduous forest.

Description
Spindly shrub with erect slender greyish stems to 3 m. Leaves rather bright pale green, paler beneath, slightly coriaceous. Bracts and calyx pale green. Corolla with tube pale whitish at base, with purple zone midway on tube; tube above, & flaring limb, bright, almost turquoise blue. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
