Mountain slope in well-drained sandy loam soil of sandstone. In partial shade on
steep eastern slope. Occasional and native. Forest with Cassipurea gummiflua,
Rinorea and Psygotria.
Tree, 4 m high and 8 cm DBH. Leaves and bark with aromatic lemon aroma.
Petioles 5 mm long. Leaves simple, alternate, dark green above and lighter
green below, 50 x 25 mm, leaf margins entire but wavy.
