Gaoligong Shan.

SW facing 30-60° slope.
Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest.
Disturbed by clearing.
Forest dominated by Lithocarpus, Schima, and
Cyclobalanopsis.
Shrub 3-4 m tall. Young fruit green. Occasional.
Growing by river.
In loam on granite.
