Eastern slopes of the Cordillera Central. Highway Medellín-Bogotá. Trail on south side of bridge over Río Cocomá. Elevation: 1594 m. 6°2'14"N 75°13'38"W. Mostly secondary forest with remnant patches of low montane forest (bosque montano bajo). Terrestrial herb. Stems succulent and herbaceous. Shoots decumbent. Calyx light green.
